Building a Counter-Strike 2 roster is a complicated thing. However, in this article we will present the dream teams of different generations in Counter-Strike 2.
Dream Team Under 21

A team of the youngest players could not do without two of the brightest stars of the current Counter-Strike 2 competitive scene – Danil donk Kryshkovets and Ilya m0NESY Osipov. These are two esportsmen who are followed by the whole world and they are clearly the future of Counter-Strike. While they are not even in their best shape yet, but they are already claiming the top 1 in 2024, it will be interesting to see what the players will achieve over the years.
The most difficult thing for a young team is to select a captain who can lead the team and make the team work. The only suitable candidate in terms of age is the leader of MOUZ Kamil siuhy Szkaradek. He managed to bring his team to the top list and even hold the top spot for a while.
The remaining two spots on the team will be taken by Valeriy b1t Vakhovskiy and Mario malbsMd Samayoa. Despite his young age, the Natus Vincere star has already gained the necessary experience in major tournaments and can’t exactly be called a newcomer. In his best form, b1t is among the best players in the world and clearly deserves a spot on the dream team. And the new G2 Esports find is the perfect finishing touch for this roster; Mario malbsMd Samayoa’s potential has not yet been revealed, but he already feels great on the tier-1 stage, without having had enough experience before.
Dream Team from 21 to 30 years old
Roster: Aleksi Aleksib Virolainen, Mathieu ZywOo Herbaut, Nikola NiKo Kovac, Justinas jL Lekavicius, Lotan Spinx Giladi
There are plenty of candidates for the middle-aged Dream Teams, but it is obvious that the first choice will always be Mathieu ZywOo Herbaut. The sniper is still one of the most formidable opponents in any match, and no one has yet taken the title of the best player in the world from him. Also, in this roster, we cannot forget about Nikola NiKo Kovac, who is still performing in the best form and is considered one of the best riflers in Counter-Strike for good reason.
The best fit for the team captain is Aleksi Aleksib Virolainen, the Finn has proven that he can work with star and young players.
The remaining two slots will be given to Justinas jL Lekavicius and Lotan Spinx Giladi. The Israeli has already proven himself as part of Team Vitality and has clearly secured a place among the best players, but he is certainly far from the very top. The Natus Vincere player has proven that he was not just taken into the team, at the triumphant PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 he was awarded the MVP medal and now continues to perform at a stable level.
Dream Team After 30
Roster: Finn karrigan Andersen, Gabriel FalleN Toledo, Håvard rain Nygaard, Freddy KRiMZ Johansson, Peter dupreeh Rasmussen
Assembling a dream team of veterans of the competitive scene is quite difficult, since there are very few players left after 30. Most of them move on to the position of coach, analyst or commentator. The captain of such a team will certainly be Finn karrigan Andersen, who at 34 still plays on the tier-1 scene, and his FaZe Clan is in the top-6 of the rating. He is not so good statistically, but he performs the tasks of a leader perfectly.
The best candidate for the sniper position is Gabriel FalleN Toledo. Especially considering the recent matches of FURIA, where the Brazilian plays as if he remembered his youth and his best years. The dream team for over 30 will also include Finn karrigan Andersen’s teammate, Håvard rain Nygaard. Despite his age, the Norwegian is often noted for his stability and will definitely not be a weak link.
Freddy KRiMZ Johansson can be added to the team, who no longer plays on the tier-1 stage, but he is far from the worst player in FNATIC. The last link of the team will be the only five-time major champion, Peter dupreeh Rasmussen, who still has ambitions and intends to win a tournament from Valve and in Counter-Strike 2.
We are unlikely to ever see one of these teams, but, undoubtedly, at least a couple of show matches with the participation of these teams would be a colorful spectacle. The lineup of young stars can be changed constantly, there are a lot of strong young players on the stage now, and it is hard to imagine a team of “old men over 30” in another five, at this age, esportsmen are already losing their form and there are only 13 gamers from all over the world left on the professional stage.
