Autumn Inventory in Counter-Strike 2: Embrace the Season Outside Your Window

Autumn Inventory in Counter-Strike 2: Embrace the Season Outside Your Window

As we bid farewell to the summer of 2024 and welcome autumn, it’s time to switch up our wardrobes. While in real life, we might reach for jackets, sweaters, and boots to brace for the wet weather, in CS, we can refresh our inventory with minimal hassle. As the season changes, some people change their desktop backgrounds, others binge-watch seasonal movies, but we, we update our in-game sets. Autumn often brings to mind shades of orange, brown, and gold, and that’s the inspiration for this collection.

Driver Gloves | Overtake

Driver Gloves | Overtake
  • Factory new – $1384.03
  • Minimal wear – $228.86
  • Well-worn – $119.39
  • Field-tested – $116.15
  • Battle Scarred – $97.08

Soon enough, gloves will be necessary not just in-game, but in real life too. For autumn 2024, we’ve picked these brown leather gloves with bold yellow stitching. These would be perfect not only in the game but also for a cool autumn evening. To make the set even better, consider using an agent with covered hands. For example, the terrorist agent “Rezano Krasny” with orange sleeves and a suede shearling jacket would look amazing.

Navaja Knife | Rust Coat

Navaja Knife | Rust Coat
  • Well-worn – $115.05
  • Battle Scarred – $125.85

This knife looks like it was left out in the autumn rain, causing its blade to rust. We strongly recommend getting the “Battle Scarred” version with the highest float possible. The rustier the blade, the more the original concept of the skin shines through. The Navaja was chosen for its beautiful wooden handle, which pairs wonderfully with the brown tones and adds an autumn vibe to the set. Saving money while staying true to the theme is always a plus. Can’t you imagine finding such a knife, forgotten under a pile of wet leaves?

USP-S | Business Class

USP-S | Business Class
  • Factory new – $67.30
  • Minimal wear – $49.05
  • Well-worn – $40.33
  • Field-tested – $35.99
  • Battle Scarred – $43.94

Looking at this skin, it’s easy to see why people often compare vintage items with the fall season in everyday life. Cozy knitted sweaters, long-lasting leather jackets, trench coats, and overcoats all become relevant in autumn. This pistol, with its leather inserts, practically begs for a vintage suitcase to go on a journey, of course, in “Business Class.” Given that this skin comes from the 2014 Baggage collection, the association isn’t surprising. It’s rare to find in-game, and with how long it’s been around, it’s practically a relic. A relic for $40? We’ll take two!

Glock-18 | Reactor

Glock-18 | Reactor
  • Factory new – $13.24
  • Minimal wear – $8.79
  • Well-worn – $7.76
  • Field-tested – $7.89
  • Battle Scarred – $8.89

The Cache map is probably the one most associated with autumn in Counter-Strike. Especially when you look at the latest screenshots from the map’s creator, hard at work on its release, featuring rich orange and brown tones. Though the map’s colors are more tied to the aftermath of the Chernobyl disaster, it still fits our theme. The pistol’s slide is adorned with radiation hazard signs, but if you let your imagination run wild, they could easily be mistaken for fallen leaves. The skin also features a dynamic pattern, with the signs randomly placed across the weapon, which can sometimes appear blurry. Pattern 152, also known as the “Tooth pattern,” is the most valuable, where the symbols merge to form the image of an open jaw.

AWP | Mortis

AWP | Mortis
  • Factory new – $7.62
  • Minimal wear – $3.59
  • Well-worn – $2.57
  • Field-tested – $1.96
  • Battle Scarred – $2.10

Moving on to heavy weaponry, the AWP Mortis is a perfect fit for our autumn-themed set. Its design is based on the 13th Tarot card, “Death.” In a way, autumn “kills” summer for us, making it a suitable symbol of a “killer” season. The numerous golden elements look fantastic on the brown base, fitting well within our autumnal color palette.

AK-47 | Jaguar

AK-47 | Jaguar
  • Factory new – $225.28
  • Minimal wear – $103.63
  • Well-worn – $51.88
  • Field-tested – $74.11
  • Battle Scarred – $45.77

This jaguar seems to have wandered off and gotten stuck in the thick autumn mud. The receiver, magazine, and various small parts of the rifle are covered in a camouflage pattern featuring shades of green and brown, reminiscent of a swampy landscape. Perhaps it was promised a view of the famous “golden autumn,” but instead found itself in a rather dreary forest. The classic wooden grips also match the spirit of our set, adding an extra touch of autumn charm.

M4A1-S | Leaded Glass

M4A1-S | Leaded Glass
  • Factory new – $13.07
  • Minimal wear – $7.21
  • Well-worn – $6.95
  • Field-tested – $5.12
  • Battle Scarred – $5.22

The entire rifle is covered with images of glass shards in various shades, resembling stained glass. The warm light from stained-glass windows evokes the colors of autumn. The design also resembles the iconic autumn bouquet made of bright leaves collected for future herbariums—a great reference not just to the fall season, but also to one of the most important events of this period: the start of the school year for students.

M4A4 | Modern Hunter

M4A4 | Modern Hunter
  • Factory new – $649.21
  • Minimal wear – $103.50
  • Well-worn – $38.24
  • Field-tested – $39.97
  • Battle Scarred – $38.25

A perfect finishing touch for this autumn-themed set is the M4A4 with depictions of yellow autumn leaves and bare tree branches. It has a clear autumn vibe that stands out, even if it slightly deviates from the primary color palette. If you’re looking to fully immerse yourself in the autumn theme, be sure to check out other items from the Millitia collection (P250, PP-Bizon, Nova).

The most expensive autumn-themed set will cost you around $2,485, but we believe that most high-end skins don’t need to be in “Factory New” condition. Some wear and tear actually adds to the autumn spirit, so if you balance your budget, you can reduce the total price by up to 4 times. And if you’re really looking to save, the cheapest set will cost just $347.70.
