The second tournament of the 2024 BetBoom Dacha series will begin in Belgrade on August 24. Four invited teams will compete for a prize pool of $500,000: MOUZ, Team Spirit, Virtus.pro, and HEROIC, as well as four teams that will pass the Play-In stage. 9z, Falcons, paiN, FURIA, Eternal Fire, BetBoom Team, Aurora, and 9Pandas will compete for the last tickets. Both stages of the championship will be held in the Double Elimination format, which will allow teams to make one mistake if they do not immediately manage to get into the tournament mode and find their game. There will be no usual group stage at BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 Season 2, which makes the tournament unique among many other major championships. The entire community is looking forward to this meeting, but 9Pandas have already shown quality play in the RMR qualifiers and have a good chance to surprise their Turkish opponents, who have been in a slump lately and were unable to advance to the group stage of IEM Cologne 2024. Aurora does not seem particularly capable of dealing with FURIA, while the Brazilians, on the contrary, have gained good form and surprised more famous opponents at the tournament in Cologne.
